Wine Country Pics  

 Seasons of the Wine Country.  We did this to show our Midwest and East Coast friends that Santa Barbara DOES have four seasons..  most noticeable in the wine country.

 These are some samples of our posters.  The first--Sauvignon Blanc--announced the "arrival" of the new vintage Brander Sauvignon Blanc, like the Beaujolais nouveau is announced.   The second is probably the most intensive wine event in Santa Barbara, Wine & Fire.  The third --Wine Country--is the beginning of a new series.  The fourth--Los Olivos--is part of a series now being updated (wineries and locations change).  These will also appear as the centerfold of Wine & Dine. (Which is free, on local newstands, hotels and restaurants.)

From time to time we design posters.  Some to highlight a specific event or porduct; others just to celebrate the wine country.

The posters are printed by a commercial printer; they are not the same quality as the other paintings, which are chrome ink on acid free or neutral paper. With the exception of "SIDEWAYS, The Map", all are 11x17.

But they can be fun and they're cheaper.  They can be pinned onto a wall or framed.  If they are not in direct sunlight, they should last for years.   

Undoubtedly our most widely distributed poster was: SIDEWAYS, The Map. Last we heard, over 120,000 had been printed and over 75,000 had been downloaded.  It is available free directly from the Santa Barbara County Visitors Bureau as either a download or through the mail.
